Owls like to hoot.

Swooping down from the high trees.

Talons to catch prey.

Good work, Abe! Your poem followed the correct syllable pattern for a Haiku poem. I like how you kept your ideas with the same theme: owls. Excellent use of adjectives such as: swooping, high, and hoot. These words help the reader visualize the owl swooping down from the trees to catch their prey. Excellent owl pictures! Keep working hard! 🙂
