The Last Truffula Seed

The Once-ler gave me the last Truffula Seed. I put the seed in a jar and put the jar in my back pack. I put four hot dogs, some juice, and some snacks like granola bars and cookies in my lunch kit. I went out looking for the Lorax. On the way to look for the Lorax, the Humming-Fish spotted me, and they inquired if I would help them clean the river. I pronounced, “I sure can.” First I need a filter that will clean the pollution in the water.

I went to Bow Island Hardware Store to get the pollution filter. In five minutes I was back with a huge pollution filter. I worked five hours then went to the General Store and bought ten buckets of bleach. I put the bleach in the lake and soon the water was clear. I could see the Humming-Fish. The Humming-Fish were very happy. The Swomee-Swans saw me talking to the Once-ler. They saw that he gave me the last Truffula Seed. They told to me that they have been looking the last seed. They did not know I had the last Truffula Seed.

Finally it was time to plant the last seed. I opened my back pack and got the seed. I buried the seed and watered it. After two weeks it was fully grown. The fruits were very juicy and had lots of seeds in them. Soon I had two hundred forty-six seeds. In the next two days I had planted all the seeds. I was tired and went to bed early.

The next morning I had someone at my door he knocked and I let him in. It was the Lorax. He thanked me and said, “You’ve made me happy by planting those two hundred forty-seven trees.” The Bar-ba-loots were enjoying the Truffula Fruits and we lived happily ever after.

IF I HAD THE LAST TRUFFALLA SEED.

BY:  PETER

The Oncler gave me the last Truffula seed I put it  in my safety box until I could  find the Lorax.  So I packed a water bottle, three snacks and a lunch.  I looked for the Lorax.  I went out of town and  saw a sign that said, “The Street of the  Lifted Lorax.”  I smelled polluted air, so I plugged my nose and walked and walked.  Suddenly I saw the Once-lers’ house. I asked,”Is anyone  home?”  No one answered.  I looked up and saw wood on a window and also saw two eyes. I replied. “Do you know where the Lorax is?”  “No but I could help you look for him,” responded the Once-ler.  “Okay,” I replied.  I was surprised the Once-ler wanted to help me. We climbed into my dad’s new hot air balloon.  We found a map on the floor.  It was a map of the forest, so we went to the forest and I looked at the map again. I saw a tunnel and we went to the tunnel.  We walked in. I saw the Lorax asleep on a rock.  The Lorax woke up. I told the Lorax I had the last Truffula Seed.  I asked him if he wanted to help me plant the Truffula Tree. “Yes,” he replied.   I went home and grabbed a shovel and dirt and went back to the Lorax. We started planting the Truffula Seed.  One year later it was fully grown.  The lorax was happy but he still felt sad.  “What is the matter?” I asked.   We still have to find all of my friends.   We went to find the Bar-ba-loots, the Swomee-Swans, and the Humming-Fish.  The Humming-Fish were in a puddle beside the factory.  We grabbed them out of the puddle and put them in a jar of water.  The Lorax and I noticed the Once-ler watching from the tree.  The Truffula Trees began to take out the polluted air and the air started to smell fresh again.  The Humming-Fish were in a puddle beside the factory.  We grabbed them out of the puddle and put them in a jar of water.  The Lorax and I noticed the Once-ler watching from the tree.  The Truffula Trees began to take out the polluted air and the air started to smell fresh again.  The Humming-Fish were in a puddle beside the factory.  We grabbed them out of the puddle and put them in a jar of water.  The Lorax and I noticed the Once-ler watching from the tree.  The Truffula Trees began to take out the polluted air and the air started to smell fresh again.  The forest was filled with beautiful Truffula Trees.  We also looked for the Bar-ba-loots.  We found the Bar-ba-loots in the prairies eating dried wheat.  We convinced them to come back to the forest.  We took the Lorax’s Ferrari and off we went to theforest.   We noticed a huge difference.    We went to find the Swomee-Swans.  The Swomee-Swans were on a mountain.  All the Swomee-Swans saw the clean forest.  They flew to the forest and had started to sing again.  The Lorax was so happy he gave me a hug.  Everyone in the forest lived happily ever after.

Truffula Tree Story

If I wanted to get the last Truffula Seed I would have to find the Once-ler. When I arrived there was nothing but broken old buildings and Truffula tree stumps. There was only one strange looking house.

I went up to the strange looking house. I gasped.   It was the old Once-ler house. The old Once-ler saw me and told me to look down at the rocks where Lorax used to stand. The Once-ler explained this was the last place that he saw the Lorax for the last time. The Once-ler thought this would bring the Lorax back.

The Once-ler told me that I could get the Lorax and all of the animals that used to live here to return back to the Truffula Forest.  With a snap of his hand the Once-ler threw the last Truffula Seed at me.

I went home right away to get the supplies I would need to plant the last Truffula Seed. Everybody loved the middle of town, so it would be the perfect place to plant the my Truffula Seed.   I went to the middle of the town and planted the Last Truffula Seed.   I went there every day to water the Truffula Seed. I did not come for four days to check up on the Truffula or to water because it was raining.   I went to the middle of town to see if the Truffula Seed had grown. I gasped! MY TRUFFULA TREE HAD GROWN!!   I dug a little mote around the Truffula Tree.  Seven months later I saw that some Truffula tree Seeds fall off of the Truffula tree, so I planted the rest of the Truffula Seeds out of town. I could hear a quack and I could also here a humm.

I looked up and I also looked down to see what or who was making that noise. I saw a Swomee-Swan flying in the sky and there was a Humming-Fish in the water. One baby Bar-ba-loot that came up to me and told me thank you for fixing my home. “Look up,” said baby Bar-ba-loot so I did. I saw a very bright light.

The Lorax, Bar-ba-loots, Humming-Fish, and the Swomee-Swans all thanked me for saving the Truffula Forest and they all lived happily ever after in the Truffula Forest.

                     THE END !!!!!!!

                 The Last Truffula Seed

                      By: Eva

The Once-ler gave me the last Truffula Seed, so I kept it in my piggy bank for safe keeping.  The next morning, I woke up. I was excited to go outside and look for the Lorax. I was looking all over the place. It was difficult to look for the Lorax because the big factories were broken down. I had to lift all the bricks. It was getting late and I was getting sleepy and tired.

The next morning, I swiftly ate breakfast and bolted out the door. I found a circle that said,  “UNLESS.” I was wondering what that meant. I was still thinking.

All of a sudden a little, orange looking fellow with a yellow mustache came floating down from the sky. I asked the Lorax if he could help me clean up the yucky Truffula Forest. He replied, “Yes.” His voice was extremely sore from the pollution in the air. I felt miserable for him.

We started to clean up the filthy sky and the muddy pond with the Gluppity-Glup machine. We started the Gluppity-Glup machine and sucked up all the mud and glup. Now all the mud and glup was gone. We just had to suck up the filthy sky and plant the Truffula Seed. The Lorax and I sucked up the filthy pollution in the sky with the Gluppity-Gulp machine. The place looked like it was new, but there were still no Truffula Trees.

I ran back home, opened my piggy bank and took the Truffula Seed out. I ran back to the Lorax who was waiting for me in the Truffula Forest. We found a good spot and planted the Truffula Seed. Every day after school I met up with the Lorax.

The Swomee-Swans, Humming-Fish, and the Bar-ba-loots all came back. The Swomee-Swans started to sing, the Humming-Fish hummed, and the Bar-ba-loots happily ate the fruit. The Lorax was so happy he high fived me for a job well done. Then he sat down under the Truffula Trees.

What I Would do if I had the Last Truffula Seed

 By: Anna

The Lorax was behind the Once-ler’s home and saw that the Once-ler gave me the last Truffula Seed.  The Once-ler felt sad for what he had done and decided to do the right thing and grow the Truffula Trees back. I smiled at the Once-ler, but he already went back to his hiding place.  I went off and dug a little hole beside a tree that was cut down. Now there was only a stump where the tree used to be. I began to think the hole was a bit too small, so I dug the hole. I put the seed into the hole and started to put the dirt back in the hole. Then I went home. I had only a small house. It had one little room where the bed was. The only time I went to my home was when I wanted to go home.  So I laid down in my bed and started snoring. The Lorax saw me and laughed. The seed that I planted started to grow into a Truffula Tree. It was very small, but it grew larger and larger every day. The next morning I decided to get more seeds from the Truffula Tree I had planted several months before. Now I got seeds from the tree. I didn’t plant them yet, because I wanted to go to bed. The Onceler started to feel worse and worse every day for what he had done. The next morning, I got out of bed, went outside, and started digging two more holes. I put one seed in each hole. The other Truffula Tree I had planted was already almost as big as the other ones that the Once-ler had chopped down. The Lorax and I took care of the Truffula Trees I had planted. The Lorax asked me if he should help me plant   more seeds. “Yes, but, we will have to get more seeds from the first Truffula Tree I planted. So We got the seeds from the tree then dug more holes for the seeds. The Lorax and I returned the Truffula Forest to its’ beauty. The animals came back to their home.  The Humming-Fish hummed and the Swomee-Swans sang, and the Bar-ba-loots enjoyed their tasty fruit under the Truffula Trees.
