To my family Easter means that Jesus died for our sins. Jesus was on the cross until Joseph and his friends took him off the cross and put him in the grave. After three days he came back to life and flew back to heaven. On Easter Sunday we go to church and I go to Sunday School and we have an Easter Concert. When the concert is over we get candy and we go home and eat lunch. After lunch we go back to church for Easter supper. We have turkey, mashed potatoes and soup. When we are done eating supper we get dessert like cookies, ice cream, popsicles, Freezies, and Easter cake. After a while the parents talk and the kids get to play. Then we go home and we go to bed.
Nice job, Peter! It’s great that you understand that Easter is about Jesus. I’m sure you enjoy performing at the Easter Concert at Sunday School. It’s nice that you can have Easter supper at church. Sounds like it is a tasty meal! Keep working hard! 🙂
