On Easter morning Jesus was nailed on the cross and forgave us for our sins.   We go to church and pray for Jesus. When we finish attending church, we go home and have a family gathering.  Our parents hide the candy, chocolate, and some other goodies. Then they make us find the goodies. After we find the candy the parents let us eat the candy.  The kids have fun because we play games like; hide and go seek, tag, and other fun games. Soon we have to go eat supper and when we are done eating supper the kids get to go play again. The parents talk for hours and it gets dark, so our cousins go home. 🙂 Happy Easter!

Nice job, Nancy! You did a wonderful job explaining why Easter is important to you. It’s nice that after church you have a family gathering and hunt for Easter goodies. It’s nice that you can spend time with your cousins at Easter and play games outside. Keep working hard! 🙂
